this project was given to me in second semester first year of college. This was a personal project that had to be done under the rules and regulations of the college but you could chose your own theme and then go more into the research part of it later once your theme was chosen. My theme for this project was playing with curved sculptures and lines and non geometric forms. the whole idea behind this project was finding a way to manipulate metal in the shape of curves and how I would be able to make garments out of metal. so ideas started flowing on different ways on how to go about it and with the help of my teacher miss Debbie.H we had found a compromise instead of using actual metal, she proposed in fact why not use fabric that looks like metal and has that shine like metal so I took her proposition and the end result was great and the theme flew well with the garment and the overall collection.
