Chaine des Rotisseur Student Competition

I had the opportunity to participate in the Chaine des Rotisseur Competition on April 29th, 2017 in competition for the Chaine Challenge Cup. It was the first black bow competition I had done and I am proud of what I was able to accomplish. The stakes were high and the competition was fierce. Huge thank you to Chef Atifa Prinsloo, Chef and teacher at La Salle College Vancouver, for the impeccable training and strong support.
