Polygraph

In Latin there is this phrase “In vino veritas” meaning “In wine lies the truth”, to describe how this drink influences people under the influence of alcohol are more likely to speak freely and open. This is where the idea of basing the branding and design solutions on the polygraph machine comes from. Moreover, the modern lie detector was created in Berkeley Valley.

We created vector illustrations of the interrogation process including polygraph machine in combination with vintage wallpaper pattern, that makes labels colourful and gives each bottle its own identity. The outer container shows a photograph of record boxes in a spiral, that brings the atmosphere of old times.
