This is supplemented by a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commercial art or a related field plus a minimum of two years experience in recruitment and/or career counselling.
In a nutshell, this job requires you to have a split focus between the personal interaction and administrative components, all of which occur in a heavily metrics driven environment.
