GESTED Recruitment is the entity mandated by LCI Education network to process admission applications and to promote its various education institutions, namely LaSalle College, Inter-Dec College and the International Language Center of Montreal (CILM).

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Sale

  • Recruit international students interested in studying in Montreal;
  • Act as an expert advisor to candidates who wish to join LCI Education institution (Collège LaSalle, Inter DEC College and the International College of Languages ​​of Montreal );
  • Promote and sell programs to achieve and ideally exceed the goals set by management for in terms of student recruitment;
  • Provide information by telephone, e-mail or in person to prospective students about the admission requirements;
  • Collaborate on the action plan development to implement tactics to optimize territorial recruitment;
  • Ensure the necessary follow-ups with clients to maximize registration;
  • Represent the institution in student recruitment related events;
  • Keep abreast of best practices in the marketplace, industry and student recruitment and educational institutions promotion.

 

Customer service

 

  • Work closely with the liaison officers, recruitment agency, consulates, program director, etc.;
  • Participate in the reception and integration activities of international students;
  • Participating and facilitating kiosks for school visits, open houses, career fairs, virtual workshops and other promotional events and integration of international students.

 

Administration

  • Record and maintain computerized data in the potential customer management system (CRM / Clara / Omnivox / SMART);
  • Drafting and updating information documents and automated responses used in e-mail follow-up; Ensure a strategy to disseminate pre-departure and arrival information in Canada;
  • Carry out all pre-visit planning, visits and post-visit activities in accordance with the instructions and the budget allocated;
  • Analyze the problematic files relating to candidates' applications and, if necessary, submit them to the Superior of Admissions for decision;
  • Analyze candidates' records of diplomas, studies and experiences submitted in support of their application;
  • Ensure, in collaboration with program managers, a thorough evaluation of candidates' records based on admission bases, program requirements and quota, and analyze potential issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in student recruitment, sales or equivalent experience;
  • Fully trilingual in French, English and Punjabi or Spanish or Portuguese or Mandarin , both oral and written;
  • Good writing skills;
  • Interest in the education feild;
  • May be required to attend promotional activities in the evening;
  • May be required to travel (less than 5% of the time)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ease with computer technology.
