"In the West, we probably don’t think much about where our clothes are made, or how our consumption impacts women in third-world countries. Unfortunately, that is far from the truth. Legitimate information on the employment and conditions of these manual laborers is intentionally difficult for consumers to find. We need to start questioning what we’re buying and take measures into our own hands.
