The world is made of opposites. Light and darnkess. The sun and the moon. Ice and fire. Life and destruction. In the heart of the forest lies an enormous tree. One of a kind. It radiates a mystical aura, and may seem old yet so strong at once. It appears as though time does not affect it the same way it does the rest of the nature. If you get close to it, you can almost hear its heart beating. Once every thousand years, Xerneas, the spirit of life, wakes up from its slumber to restore balance to the world; between life and death. This god takes the form of a magnificent deer, with four pairs of antlers that glow in the darkest of night. You can hear its cry as it summons the power of nature to reclaim what rightfully belongs to it. Once its mission accomplished, it falls back asleep for another millenium. Slowly, it transforms back into a tree, a strong yet lonely tree, guarding the forest and the beauties of nature, awaiting its time to rise once more.
