I started to work for "Levada", - the largest manufacturer of frozen and semi-finished food products in Ukraine, with one goal - to create a competitive product, namely frozen vegetables, introduce it to the market of frozen vegetables and gain market share. In 4 month, after I had started to work, the first product's samples were ready and released. In 6 month after I was proud to announce that we gained 7% of market share. I started my work with market analysis, after that I searched for a manufacturer who will produce a private label for us. Then it was time to work on the product's taste, package, prices and promotion kit. Moreover, it was a time to create a commercial offer and bonuses policy for sales team, as well as a presentation. I ended up with an assortment of 7 positions: 2 mono-products, 4 mixes and 1 position for bakery products. After the frozen and semi-finished vegetables ``Levada`` was placed on the market, I did the presentation with comparative degustation for our sales teams. And voilà. Unfortunately, in 2014 when Ukraine was involved in a war with Russia, "Levada Company" has decided to focus all their resources on the Company`s main product, that is why the project of frozen and semi-finished vegetables was closed.
