FLUX

Erin Kirkpatrick perceives her body as a free form of release that breathes in and out of transitory states. She uses her flesh as the medium of exploration, where through a fascination for new sensory experiences, her body becomes a vessel of flux for full extension pushing perceptual and sensory boundaries. Erin’s practice aims to explore the intensity of reality to the friction of skin, as a kind of positive tension. In thriving for bodily communication that sends slender vibrations through her body, She constructs a transmittable language that reiterates that feeling of being alive and present.
