Concrete: Art Fundraiser for the Isaac Miller Memorial Skatepark

My brother, Isaac Miller, passed away in January of 2014. He lived for his skateboard, it was his biggest passion and inspiration in life. He always dreamed of having an updated skateboard park in our hometown. In collaboration with Skateboard Inc. Fredericton and various members of the community, I organized a fundraiser to support the eventual construction of a new state of the art park for the Fredericton Skateboarding community. We took donations of skateboard decks from many of Isaac's friends, acquaintances, and even our local skateboard shop, East Side Board Supply. Upon receiving a mass of used decks, we took to contacting artists from all across the country to turn the boards into works of art that would be auctioned off at The Fredericton Playhouse, one of the most popular venues in town
